Was a write that was supposed to happen with Maren Morris, but it
Didn't work out, so they threw me into the fire, and I walked in
And Laura Veltz looked at me and said, "Would you call yourself
Trash in a song?" and I said, "Sure, I would." And so, the saying "
One man's trash is another man's treasure" is what we went off of
And I think we made it really fun, and originally, it was supposed
To be called "Trash," but we ended up calling it "Treasure."
I think that this title was better. "Treasure" sounds just a
Little more promising than "Trash," but here's the amazing
Thing about this song. You have a special guest. He's not singing
But he's playing guitar, and as a debut artist, I have to
Imagine getting this guy on your song had to have been amazing
So, on the song "Treasure," Keith Urban is actually playing guitar
And I was in Target one day when I got the text message that Keith
Urban would like to be a part of the song, and I just almost
Dropped to my knees. The president of my label, Jimmy Harnin, he
Actually sent it to Keith, and I think Keith's reply was, "This girl
