Testo This Far - Marcopolo

Testo della canzone This Far (Marcopolo), tratta dall'album Foreign Luxury

Man you wouldn't thought I was gonna make it this far

You wanted to see me fall but I made it this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God...

Man you wouldn't thought I was gonna make it this far

You wanted to see me fall but I made it this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God if I made it this far

I made it this far, I made it this far, I made it this far, I made this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God if I made it, if I made it

A long way to go but I made it this far

I know some of y'all don't want me to see next fall

I just don't see none of y'all

I keep counting my blessings, hoping to see many more

Eeny, meeny, miny, moe

I like to have options in life

I thought I had no options like somebody doing life

But then I understood that if you wanna change some

It's only on you, I don't wanna hear no more excuses bro

You gotta hustle like you got kids and a wife

I'm married to this rap shit, this bitch is my wife

And even tho I know she play me right?

Goddamn, she the love of my life

Kinda fucked up ain't it

Don't get it fucked up man I don't wanna be famous

All I want is that she pays me

I'm talking bout fat stacks

Man I never lie, I only state straight facts

I only lie to the police man

Cause my mentality is still from the streets man

We all need something to believe in

I never stopped believing, like that song

Man shout out to no one, for putting me on

Man you wouldn't thought I was gonna make it this far

You wanted to see me fall but I made it this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God...

Man you wouldn't thought I was gonna make it this far

You wanted to see me fall but I made it this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God if I made it this far

I made it this far, I made it this far, I made it this far, I made this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God if I made it, if I made it

If you from where I'm from you'd know why I made it this far

I've seen people's dreams crushing into a wall

Since a youngin' I knew I wouldn't let that happen to me

Since a youngin' I was MNP

As I got older my heart got colder, my ego got bigger

No chip on my shoulder, I'm feeling like Jigga

I was listening to Nas when the teacher was speaking

I was listening to Game and I was sipping Ol' English

And that was even before I did speak english

But I did speak dreamlish

And it keeps taking me where I'm supposed to be is

I'm the lighter for the blunt, the stop sign at the corner

Man it's nun but love from Italy to California

It's all good till they run upon ya

And 59 dropped a dime on ya

You should have dropped them onions

Me I'm right where I'm supposed to be

With my right close to me, right where it supposed to be

And what life got for me ain't up to me

So I'm just doing me, the way it supposed to be

Man you wouldn't thought I was gonna make it this far

You wanted to see me fall but I made it this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God...

Man you wouldn't thought I was gonna make it this far

You wanted to see me fall but I made it this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God if I made it this far

I made it this far, I made it this far, I made it this far, I made this far

Man I ain't gon lie, I made it this far

I gotta thank the God if I made it, if I made it
