Testo Revelation Time - Macka B
Testo della canzone Revelation Time (Macka B), tratta dall'album Peace Cup
We are living in perilous times
Just take a look around and you will see the sign
Trust in God is the only answer
Trust in God and you may prosper
Follow me now
Huh!
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
Ah-ah
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
The book of Revelation is now in operation
You look around the world and you can see the situation
Children having children, nation against nation
Poverty and famine, greediness and starvation
People going around like they are followers of Satan
Spending so much money on weapons of destruction
The way they're going on, and this is no exaggeration
There won't be nothing left fi the next generation
Huh!
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
Ah-ah
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
I don't know 'bout you, but I don't check fi evolution
Me no come from monkey, I am part of God's creation
I believe in Jah, I know he's coming for his kingdom
I know the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom
In the Bible, that is where I get my information
Yes, it give me knowledge, yes, it give me education
Yes, it give me vibe, it give me 'nuff inspiration
Love to read the Bible, then go inna meditation
Look at all the war and all the brutalization
Look at all the prejudice and the deprivation
Sexual perversion is an abomination
Yet I see it going on all over God's creation
You know when the devil comes with his temptation
You shouldn't give the devil no cooperation
Just stand strong and hold your foundation
And trust in God is the only salvation
Huh!
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
Ah-ah
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
Now the leaders of the world, man, dem get 'pon me nerves
We have the first war, the second war, and now they want a third
Just because they want the most island of the world
Me wonder if dem deh people mentally disturbed
America lick a shot
Iraq lick it back
A whole heap of innocent people a drop
It coming like a movie that we a watch
But a war and a real people a get shot
Me look at the things inna South Africa
How come nobody never send soldier?
When Afghanistan was invaded by Russia
How come nobody never send soldier?
If dem say dem protecting people's soil
Well, dem fi do that all of the while and
Not just when it concerns the isle
Don't be a hypocrite, me say change up your style
Huh!
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
Ah-ah
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
The book of Revelation is now in operation
You look around the world and you can see the situation
Children having children, nation against nation
Poverty and famine, greediness and starvation
People going around like they are followers of Satan
Spending so much money on weapons of destruction
The way they're going on, and this is no exaggeration
There won't be nothing left fi the next generation
Huh!
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
Ah-ah
Seems like revelation time
Ah-ah
You look around and you'll see the sign
We're living in a perilous time
