To show you all that I am doing really really well

My life right now is constantly improving

And there is no need to take anything I say here seriously

It might seem like, if you look at the

But I've never felt better in my entire life

Right now I'm in a place that I could

Only have dreamed of before, you know?

I am waking up early, going to the beach

And just enjoying my life, enjoying myself

And feeling confident in everything that I do

I am doing so so good, and you know what?

I never feel like smoking again, yeah

And I'm never doing anything bad against myself ever again

What an improvement

I have been starting to see my own value

And realise that I am the creator of

My own dreams and my own wellbeing

And this is something I've been waiting for my entire life

I have so many big plans right now

I have so much I want to do and so many new places I want to see

New people I want to meet

And I am aware that I can do whatever the fuck I want

So this record is just me reflecting about things that happened before

And in no way related to how things are right now

I no longer waste cash and stuff
