Testo His Blood - Shirley Caesar
Testo della canzone His Blood (Shirley Caesar), tratta dall'album Live... In Chicago
Jesus, Jesus
He's the only one that can help You
If you go to Him and be sincere
His blood will restore your soul (hmm)
Jesus, (Jesus, there's power in that name), Jesus (of Jesus)
He's the only one (He's the only one), that can help You (that can help you)
If (When you), you go to Him (When you go to Him) and be sincere (and be sincere)
His blood (His blood can) will restore (it will restore) your soul
For somebody that's going through right now
Some broken family, broken fellowship, broken friendship broken marriage
The Bible says if we just go to Him, brokenness broken heart, contrite spirit
He will in the last cast us aside
But to think about all these diseases that's plaguing our land
Aids, cancer, tuberculosis, kidney diseases
I don't care how many diseases there are, there's an answer
You see, devil jeopardy gives you the answer
You got to come up with the question, is that right?
We don't have to come up with the answer because we know that Christ is the answer
You see, when God asks a question, He knows the answer already
He asked Adam, Adam, where are thou?
He asked Moses, Moses, what is that, that you have in your hand?
He asked Jeremiah, Jeremiah, is there no balm in Gilead?
He asked Elijah, what are you doing here under this beautiful tree?
He asked Malachi
He asked Ezekiel can these bones live?
He asked the crowd, who touched me?
He asked the lame man, will thou be made whole?
He asked Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?
Then He asked Abraham, Abraham, is there anything too hard for God
I'm gon' ask you tonight, is there anything too hard for the lord?
Can God?, can God?, can God?
The bible says if my people that are called by my name would humble themselves
Pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways
I'll heal your lame, I'll send Hades back to the pit, I'll send cancer back to the
Jesus, (Jesus, Jesus) Jesus (oh Jesus)
He's the (the) only (He's the only one) one (He's the only one)
That can help (that can help us) You (yes He is, yes He is)
If you (If you go to Him) go (If you go to Him) to Him
(And be) and (and be) be (sincere) sincere (what will He do?)
(He will, He will) His blood (oh yeah) will restore
(His blood will, it will restore) your soul (it will restore your soul)
(Yes it will, yes it will)
Jesus, (Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus)
Jesus (Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus)
He's the (He's the only one) only (He's the only one) one that
(He came) can help (to help you) You (to pick up all the pieces of your life)
If you go to Him (if you go to Him) and be (and be sincere) sincere
His blood (His blood) will restore (it can restore, it can restore)
Your soul (your soul, your soul, your soul)
His blood (His blood) will restore (can restore) your (soul) soul
