Testo Freedom - Chozen feat. Mac

Testo della canzone Freedom (Chozen feat. Mac), tratta dall'album Crucify My Flesh

I'm around my shackles, I'm around my chains

Had a heart full of hatred, filled with nothing but pain

My closest relative was even known as a gang

Did whatever it took to build a rep for my name

People looking at me saying I should be ashamed

But I'm not ashamed 'cause that's my old-world flame

Now I got everything that my heart could desire

See, I'm covered by the blood and that holy ghost fire

Step back, demons, 'cause we're coming full throttle

We been filled with the spirit, and we done drank the whole bottle

Now we coming hard, and we ain't playing no games

Every demon will bow when we proclaim the name

Jesus Christ is our savior, He's the one and only king

See, we serve Him for Christ, and crushing demons is a thing

When we give it to God, we can see clear and focus

Then we eat demons up like they was honey and locusts

I got freedom from my chains (I got freedom)

I got freedom from my pain

I got freedom in my heart (I got freedom)

Now my light shines in the dark (so bright)

I got freedom from my chains (I got freedom)

I got freedom from my pain

I got freedom in my heart (I got freedom)

Now my light shines in the dark (so bright)

Lord, keep me prepared for the spiritual war

I surrender my life, and it's Yours forevermore

Ever since I got saved, I never been the same

Feel like I'm MVP and in the Hall of Fame

Now my chains have been broken, and I've been set free

When Jesus died on the cross and He became the key

Then just to show us His true love and affection

Jesus conquered death and hell with His resurrection

So I thank You, Jesus, for Your merciful love

And the straight line You gave me to the Father above

And I thank You, Jesus, for showing just how much You care

And I thank You, Jesus, for making me a joint heir

And I thank You, Jesus, for Your heavenly kingdom

And I thank You, Jesus, for Your eternal freedom

And I thank You, Jesus, for letting me spread the gospel

So give me the strength to follow You like an apostle

I got freedom from my chains (I got freedom)

I got freedom from my pain

I got freedom in my heart (I got freedom)

Now my light shines in the dark (so bright)

I got freedom from my chains (I got freedom)

I got freedom from my pain

I got freedom in my heart (I got freedom)

Now my light shines in the dark (so bright)
