Testo Best Thing - Johnny Gill

Testo della canzone Best Thing (Johnny Gill), tratta dall'album Game Changer II

Been around the world, I done seen

All the stages and everyone screamin' my name

I have purchased luxurious things

Taste the finest wines and expensive champagne

I don't wanna brag about my bank account

But I can't lie, truly I been blessed, no doubt

But even with all the riches in the world

I'm only richer 'cause of the love you give me, girl

Beside every good man is a great woman

I know that to be true

If you ask all my friends what they love about me (What they love)

They gon' say you (Ayy)

Best thing about me is you (Is you)

I think the best thing about me is you (Is you)

Despite of all the things that I do (That I do)

Listen, the best thing about me is you

Best thing about me is you (Is you)

I think the best thing about me is you (Is you)

Private jets, cashin' checks, yeah, that's cool (Yeah, that's cool)

But the best thing about me is you

Personality, I got that (Yeah)

Accolades and rewards, I got that too (Yeah)

I could speak a little foreign language to you, girl

Voulez-vous coucher avec moi?

You know how I do (Woo)

But even with all the plaques I have

And with all the success, it's still a fact

And if you ain't standin' next to me

I might as well be a homeless man on the street

Beside every good man is a great woman

I know that to be true

So if you ask all my friends what they love about me (What they love)

They gon' say you (Ayy)

Best thing about me is you (Is you)

I think the best thing about me is you (Is you)

Despite of all the things that I do (That I do)

Listen, the best thing about me is you

Best thing about me is you (Is you)

I think the best thing about me is you (Is you, I think the best thing)

Private jets, cashin' checks, yeah, that's cool (Yeah, that's cool)

But the best thing about me is you

I know the greatest thing a man could have

Is the love of a woman like you

Even with money like Bill Gates

They're still gonna say

Best thing about me is you (Is you)

I think the best thing about me is you (Is you, best thing)

Despite of all the things that I do (Girl, no matter what I do)

The best thing about me is you

Best thing about me is you (Is you)

Yeah, I think the best thing about me is you (Is you)

(I think the best thing)

Private jets, cashin' checks, yeah, that's cool (Yeah, that's cool)

(None of that, none of that can compare to you)

But the best thing about me is you
